  • What are your shipping options and delivery times to the US?: 

We ship to the United States via DHL Express, with delivery times of 7-10 business days.

  • Where are the items shipped from?:

All our handmade jewelry is lovingly shipped from our studio in Venezuela.

  • Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?:

For most jewelry orders entering the US, customs duties are generally not charged due to the value threshold. However, you, the customer, are responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country.

  • Is each accessory handmade? 

Yes. Each Danika piece is designed and assembled with dedication, taking care of every detail so that you receive something unique, with soul and purpose.

  • Are the accessories hypoallergenic?

Yes. The metals and ear posts used in our earrings and necklaces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic, making them safe for sensitive skin. We use high-quality materials such as gold-filled components, beads, and crystals.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal payments only. This ensures a secure and protected transaction for you, as PayPal provides strong buyer protection.

        Do your pieces come with a warranty?:

Yes. We offer a 3-month guarantee on all our accessories against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to improper care. Please refer to our Care Instructions on the product pages.

  • Can I exchange an accessory if it doesn't fit?

We apologize, but we do not offer exchanges at this time. All sales are final. Please review the product dimensions carefully before placing your order.

 What if my accessory arrives damaged?

Don't worry! If your piece arrives with any damage from the factory or shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will give you an immediate solution.
