Danika Accesorios - Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy

1. United States Shipping

We are proud to offer Free DHL Express International Shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 USD. For orders below $150 USD, a flat rate of $25 USD applies for DHL Express.

  • Carrier: DHL Express International.

  • Handling Time: For in-stock completed orders, please allow 2 to 3 business days for final quality inspection and premium packaging setup before dispatch.

  • Pre-Orders: If an item is listed as PRE-ORDER, please allow up to 2–3 weeks from placing the order for the item to be meticulously handcrafted and dispatched. If any particular delay occurs, we will notify you immediately via email to accommodate arrangements.

  • Transit Time: Once handed over to DHL, estimated delivery to the USA is 5 to 7 business days.

2. Venezuela Delivery

All domestic orders within Venezuela are safely dispatched from our distribution center in Caracas.

  • Carrier: MRW or certified local carriers.

  • Shipping Rate: A flat rate of $5 USD applies to all national shipments.

  • Transit Time: Delivery usually takes between 2 to 4 business days depending on the destination city.

3. Worldwide Delivery (Rest of the World)

For our global collector community outside the USA and Venezuela, we ship worldwide.

  • Carrier: DHL Express International.

  • Shipping Rate: A flat rate of $60 USD applies to all other international orders.

  • Transit Time: Delivery takes from 2 to 5 business days once dispatched.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Please note that all international shipments (including USA and Worldwide) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.

  • Under current U.S. de minimis regulations, orders under $800 USD typically enter free of import duties.

  • However, any additional customs clearance fees, tariffs, or local taxes imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Danika Accesorios is not responsible for transit delays caused by customs routine inspections.

5. Liability & Carrier Delays

Danika Accesorios takes utmost care in securing your pieces in premium protective packaging. While Danika is not legally responsible for delivery delays, customs holdups, or missing packages once the shipment is in the physical possession of the third-party carrier (DHL, Zoom, USPS, or similar), we stand by our community. Danika will always act in good faith and to the best of our abilities to assist the customer in tracking, resolving issues, and ensuring a successful delivery experience. If your package arrives visibly damaged, contact our customer care immediately with photographic evidence.

6. Returns & Final Sales

Because every piece in our collection is a unique, limited-edition work of art handcrafted over hours of meticulous artisan labor, all orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, your absolute satisfaction is our purpose.
